3.4 Personal Use Only

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (MYR). You must not use fictitious identities, aliases, or false information at any point during the registration process or subsequent account management.

4.2 KYC Verification

Bagus777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share it with any third party. Bagus777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

All bagus777 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, USDT). Account currency cannot be changed after registration.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made by or through any person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

Bagus777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may levy its own transaction fees, for which bagus777 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account has passed KYC verification; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Balances have been fully satisfied; (c) no withdrawal is pending investigation under our fraud detection or responsible gambling protocols.

Bagus777 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for verified accounts via DuitNow and FPX during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times outside bagus777's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, bagus777 may request an alternative verified method in the Account holder's name.

5.4 Unclaimed Balances

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of RM10, deducted from the Account Balance, after prior written notification to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after an inactivity period may be closed at bagus777's discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by bagus777 are subject to these General Terms and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion; typical requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. Wagering on games with low house edges (such as baccarat, roulette, and certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10% — towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bagus777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, staking combinations across multiple outcomes, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and exploiting errors or glitches in the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account suspended.

6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from any single Welcome Bonus is capped at 5x the bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap may be credited to the Real Money Balance at bagus777's discretion.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and e-sports — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the sports betting rules in force at the time the bet was placed shall be determinative.

Bagus777 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, a technical error in the odds display, or where settlement data from the authoritative result source is unavailable.

7.2 Casino & Live Games

All casino and live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed within the individual game interface. 8. Prohibited Conduct

• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Registering more than one Account, whether individually or in collusion with other parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bagus777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Bagus777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bagus777 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by bagus777

Where an Account is terminated for cause, bagus777 may withhold any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player following completion of any necessary investigation, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or regulatory requirement.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bagus777 holds its international gaming licence.

14. Amendments to These Terms
